About Michael Citrin
Marketing and Sales of high-end residential land and estates are the specialization and focus of Citrin's business model, coupled with concierge style relationships with those with whom he works. Citrin is responsible for and sought after to custom design, stage and create marketing materials to facilitate the sales of homes throughout the Amazing San Diego County area, with his office being centralized in Rancho Santa Fe. Part of the benefits for the customers who work with Citrin is that he is dedicated to advising property owners on how to best maximize and manage their estates' potential, and take them through to the next level with their landscapes and strategic upgrades with interior design.
Michael is impassioned with landscapes featuring rolling hills and unique, site-specific garden design, the organic flow of natural elements, as well as man-made improvements as are often inspired by European elements. Southern California is home to a very diverse flora and fauna and the microclimates of the San Diego County communities allow us all to enjoy the outdoors all year long. You will love seeing the quail, the heron, owls, and the reptiles in parks and on trails of our community. It is not uncommon to spot deer, road runner, coyotes and perhaps birdwatch on the trail.
Citrin has extensive personal knowledge of the workings of the nationally recognized Rancho Santa Fe Trail System. Michael is an avid horseman, and owns an Arabian gelding, Billy The Kid, which he rides in the Fourth of July parade through the village of Rancho Santa Fe each year, and understands the importance of horses in the community. Living in and around the community, Citrin has dined at most local establishments and knows many of the local businesses and owners in the area.
Being fluent in Spanish allows him to assist his clients with this facility to be comfortable presenting a fine property bilingually, proving to be an asset with the statistics showing the majority of future buyers in California being of Hispanic descent. Citrin practices diplomacy in his communication style, is a team player, understands group dynamics, and is often asked to take the lead on projects demonstrating excellent people and technological skills.
